With over 10 years of experience in video editing and production, outdoor adventure education, and corporate teambuilding, Meredith combines a passion for storytelling with a deep appreciation for the outdoors. Her expertise spans high-volume content creation, leadership in adventure-based programs, and facilitating dynamic team experiences that inspire connection and growth.
Meredith lives in the Seacoast region of Southern New Hampshire with her husband, daughter, dog and a flock of chickens. While she's not working behind the screen or camera, she's the owner and operator of Bear + Bird Homestead, a budding micro-farm offering fresh cut flowers, eggs, and seasonal gifts.
